PROGRAMS AND APP FEATURES
To begin your journey, we offer a 3-month starting program for either Vitality (Sleep, Focus, Relaxation) or Tinnitus concerns including our mobile APP and Remote Therapy. You will get:
- Three 30-minute online video Zoom sessions with your personal AudioVitality Expert for the personalization of your RubesaSounds® and staged programs. For Tinnitus: Objectivation and severity assessment (THI).
- Twelve personalized 20-minute sound sessions with unlimited listening time.
- Personal activity dashboard for tracking your progress.
- Unlimited chat support

HOW TO ACCESS YOUR PERSONALIZED SOUNDS IN THE APP
1. Visit audiovitality.com/app-and-remote-therapy/ and purchase our App & Remote Therapy starting program.
2. Schedule and complete your first online video Zoom appointment with our Expert.
3. Install our app and log in to discover your personalized sounds and program.

PRICING PLANS
Starting Programs (Vitality or Tinnitus): App + Remote Therapy
- 3-month program: $90.00 with three 30-minute online video Zoom sessions with personal Expert, billed once at start
Once you have completed your starting program, you are offered the following subscription plan:
- 3-month plan: $38.90, billed every 3 months
You can purchase, à la carte, additional video Zoom sessions with your Expert for $49.00 per session.

Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your iTunes Account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified. You may manage your subscription and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after the purchase.
